Sweettone is a California C corporation in start-up phase based out of San Diego, CA., with offices in Menifee and Napa, FL.. The company's music genre and products are composed of, identified as, and marketplace driven by, style of music, but not limited to: R&B Top 40 · Hip Hop · Rap · ReggaeTone · Adult Contemporary · Gospel · & Jazz. Sweettones' product innovation is MUSIC. Sweettone will produce and market 2 to 3 new 13-14 song cd products annually. Each product will have a defined, yet broad, audience appeal. Sweettone has compiled an exciting and diverse roster of recording artists. The highly talented debuting artists that have been signed, and soon to be released, will enable Sweettone to quickly penetrate the music marketplace. Sweettone will soon release a compilation of it's artist, a single on Tanita Cherrelle, featuring The Team,& Pelon followed by several cd albums:Tanita Cherrelle, The Team, Cristi Gallo, Butta', XS, Pelon Carlione, Chaz Wesley, and Shortman.
The partners that founded The S Group have pooled their resources to create Sweettone. Charles Simmons, Lorenza Boon, Gerardo Lombardi, Randy Irwin, and Peter Lane have been instrumental in helping to develop the company and its artist in the city of San Diego, and Phoenix in various ways over the years. Randy Irwin and Charles Simmons recently received a platinum CD award for ("The Documentary by The Game") that sold over 2 million copies worldwide. Through out the last few years Simmons has appeared on NBC Morning News twice, KUSI News, and has been featured twice in the San Diego Tribune. Mr. Simmons, Mr. Irwin, Mr. Boon, Mr. Lane, Mr. Lombardi, Mr. Bill Shook, Linda Yang all believe that the time is right to utilize all resources available and direct all efforts towards developing artist in the United States, Canada, China, India, and Europe, through the production and sale of cds. Sweettone and its' artist will be involved in community out-reach. Working with charities will play an integral role in both the company, and artist positioning. Sweettone is currently involved with, and a friend to the San Diego Children's Museum, and will be involved with other charities such as: Children International, and The American, and China Red Cross.
